Package Includes:
I. Pre-Drywall Inspection
This stage identifies problems before the drywall covers any problems or concerns.
II. Final Walkthrough Inspection and Sewer Scope
This inspection happens on or close to the day of the final walkthrough and is identical to an inspection on an existing home. We also perform the sewer scope in this phase to ensure the line is in good shape and no construction debris remains in the line before you move in.
III. Radon Test
We perform the radon test after you have moved in and settled down. This test will help you determine the radon level of your home.
IV. 11th Month Warranty Inspection
During this inspection, we go over anything you have noticed in the home for the 11 months you have been living in your new home and perform another inspection identical to one on an existing home to ensure that everything is operating as it should prior the warranty expiration.
