I have the practical knowledge and hands on experience of building homes.

There is no substitute for hands on experience. 
As the son of a home builder, I was on the job site in one way or another from the time I could walk. In my lifetime I have built new homes, performed remodels, and done renovation work for myself and various companies in Gunnison, Crested Butte, and Colorado Springs. I have also performed all the maintenance and upgrades on my own homes and fix up cabin as well as helped friends and family with their maintenance and home improvement projects. 

I am a Certified Professional Inspector®

• ​As a CPI I am required to stay up to date with the industry’s most rigorous Continuing Education training courses, which have been awarded hundreds of approvals and accreditations by state and governmental agencies.
• I must adhere to a comprehensive Standards of Practice.
• I must abide by a strict Code of Ethics, which puts my clients first.
• I am trained to use and own my own state-of-the-art inspection tools and reporting software so that my clients can make informed decisions about the homes they want to buy or sell.

I bring tall ladders so that I can walk on most roofs and selected tools to provide you with the best inspection. 

I am certified to test for Radon and Mold and use the most advanced equipment. 

I inspect your whole house. I walk on your roof, spend time in your hot attic, and crawl in your crawlspace to give you the best inspection.
